Secondly, to enhance your muscle growth you also need to train intensely using weights. Workout with heavy weights, with fewer repetitions. Using some similar workout techniques you will be able to build a great body in a short span of time.

Thirdly, take plenty of rest. In order to build a good body faster, a person should take adequate rest and should allow the body to relax. If you do not take proper rest, then you will be enhancing catabolic activities and thus it will be not good for your muscle building.

You have to admit to the fact that gaining weight muscular mass is something which everyone desires of. It is very important for a person to be in shape, it not only makes a person look good but also it is a clear sign of a healthy and fit body.
